10 Children & Minors

The yumwin platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online casino gaming in the Philippines. yumwin does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If yumwin becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor — whether through a false declaration of age during registration or any other means — the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be securely deleted or returned as required by law, and any balance held in the account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

Game content delivered through yumwin's platform may be hosted by third-party providers operating under their own data protection frameworks. yumwin ensures that all such providers are bound by data processing agreements that require them to handle Player data in compliance with applicable Philippine privacy law. No third-party provider is permitted to use yumwin Player data for purposes beyond those specified in their service agreement with yumwin.

yumwin reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, platform features, or applicable Philippine law. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

If you do not accept the updated Privacy Policy, you may close your account by contacting the yumwin support team. Outstanding PHP balances will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in the Terms & Conditions.
