1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "yumwin" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at yumwin.net, including all associated subpages, services, game titles, and promotional features.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the yumwin platform in any capacity.

• "PHP" / "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines and the primary transactional currency of yumwin.

Where these terms use the singular, it includes the plural, and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the yumwin registration process, by accessing the yumwin Login page and signing into an existing account, or by continuing to use the Platform after any posted update to these terms, the Player unconditionally accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.

yumwin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these terms at any time. 3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the yumwin Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games, bonuses, and withdrawal features on yumwin, a Player must complete the account registration process and subsequently use the yumwin Login to access their account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

4.4 Account Security

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yumwin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). yumwin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2 Deposit Requirements

Players must ensure that all deposits are made from payment accounts registered in their own name and that match the verified details on their yumwin account. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made in breach of this rule may be returned to the source and the account subjected to review.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. yumwin targets a processing window of one (1) to three (3) business days for standard withdrawals, subject to the Player's bank or e-wallet processing times. yumwin does not guarantee specific processing times but will endeavour to minimise delays.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, free spins, and promotional offers made available by yumwin are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates — form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. They are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be transferred to the Player's Real Money Balance. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on yumwin — including slots, live dealer tables, Tower, Star Fishing, and Bingo — operate on certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer infrastructure provided by licensed game studios. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-run statistical outcomes and are not a guarantee of any individual session result.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yumwin Platform:

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yumwin's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yumwin shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications outages.

• Any loss resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their yumwin Login credentials.
• Decisions made by the Player in the course of play, including decisions made on the basis of displayed RTP percentages, game guides, or promotional content.

Nothing in these terms limits yumwin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

yumwin collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and Platform use. This processing is governed by the yumwin Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

12 Amendments to These Terms

yumwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on this page. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of yumwin after the effective date of any change constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Player's use of yumwin shall first be submitted to yumwin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through yumwin's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of the Player's written submission, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who believe yumwin is operating in breach of PAGCOR's regulations may also file a complaint with PAGCOR directly through its official channels.
